Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus are both working on new albums that they hope to have out by next year. Demi and Miley’s friendship goes way back, but the two won’t be coming together on a new song.
According to the “Give Your Heart a Break” singer Lovato, 20, although she would love to collaborate with her, she says Miley is too busy.
“I think she’s pretty busy with her fiancé and other things. I think she’s got bigger things to worry about,” she told Stereotude. “But I’ve always wanted to do a duet with her. I love her to death.”
Since she loves Miley to death, maybe there is still hope for a duet in the future.
For now, it looks like no Demi/ Miley duet will be out anytime soon. They will, however, share the same stage very soon. According to MTV News, it was recently announced that Demi, Miley, as well as Kelly Rowland, Ciara and Jordin Sparks are all set to perform on VH1 Divas, which is set to air on December 16 at 9pm on VH1.
