Good lord....oil based make up remover in the eye AND glitter! ouch!

The dangers of glitter and oil!

If you can see how sore my eyes look here then its  result of an oil based make up remover getting into my eyes because I don't heed warnings. I washed my face like a mad person this evening. I also knew I had spent a whole day doing mascara application training and had sixteen layers of mascara on. Oil breaks it down quicker. However, getting it into your eyes hurts. I just, after a 4am wake up call, didn't care.

So I went mental.

As soon as I had done it.....I knew it was wrong. I couldn't see. I had a layer of oil over my eyeball. A white layer of oil. I got it out but my eyes look like I'm serious stoner or have aggressive eye diseases.

I've also been wearing (cosmetics grade - I'm reckless but not stupid) glitter for the whole day. I knew it was falling into my eyes all day and I've been rubbing them. It was so pretty but god DAMN I am in pain. This is worse then when I fell asleep after removing glitter eyeliner with a shit Primark face wipe after six pints. I woke up and thought I was blind.

Bizarrely, the flash up close removes the redness! Hahahahaha! But you can still see my eye is super red. Ironically, my eye is also super green because red brings out the green. Accidental but look how pretty!

So yeah, learn from my mistakes. If it ain't suitable for the eye area - it isn't suitable for the eye. No matter how quickly it breaks down waterproof mascara.
