I wish I could capture how beautiful and amazing these lipsticks are. This is truly a set of wonders taking me from the darkest of shades that would surly turn heads to a soft neutral shade that my mother would approves of. I new the moment I saw this set on Kat Von D's Instagram I had to have it. With black and purple making its way thru the trending seen. The reds, fuchsia and orange I could not go wrong with and had to have.
This set included a new limited edition shade in "Gold Blooded." A red with some serious power. This is a bright red with gold flecks in it, hello holiday season. I think I will be bringing in the new year with this shade. As far as the other shades, they are all part of the permeant collection and can be found on the Sephora website. "NaYeon" is a gunmetal black with a twist. This black has some serious shimmer and glitter to it.
"Coven" is a beautiful matte cream shade of lavender that reminds me of April and fields of Lavender.
"Noble" a beautiful matte cream shade of neutral. I like that this has pink undertones and does not wash me out when worn. This is my new "your lips but better" shade keeping permeant residence in my handbag.
"Halo" a super fun electric orange. A true metallic shade that I wish I had at the start of this summer.
"Sexer" a metallic fuchsia with blue undertones and a slight opal essence sheen to it. Oh I am in love! This adds some serious va va voom to my lip game.
"Bachelorette" a deep sexy red that can be taken from sophisticated to little black dress. Bachelorette is a great and cleaver name for this shade. In my opinion the name simply defines it.
"Wolves mouth" a deep metallic almost purple super fun shade. When asked what I'll be wearing this fall season, you're looking at it. This defines fall in a tube of lipstick.
As a collection this is amazing, a well thought out grouping of shades from mattes to shimmer ending at metallics. A shade for every season and every occasion. If you're a fan of MAC Cosmetics this reminds me so much from texture down to scent. This has that sweet vanilla scent to it. When it comes down to the hefty $42.00 price tag I think thats a bit steep but fair since a full size tube of Studded Kiss lipstick retails for $21.00. This collection comes with one full size and seven mini's. This was worth the price and a great collection to own. I also think this would make a great gift for the holiday season. I'm glad I picked this up.
